Why we built Nearfo

Global social networks made the world smaller — but somehow made our own streets feel further away. We believed India deserved a network that starts where life actually happens: the neighbourhood. Where the cafe down the road, the tailor next door, and the people you actually share a pin-code with finally have a home online.

So we built Nearfo around three ideas that don't usually go together on social media: hyperlocal discovery, real privacy, and real earnings — cashback, Boost Circle for businesses, and creator rewards that put money back into the community.
